1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Visitors of our customers' websites: through a script installed with the site owner's permission, we collect IP address, device and browser signals, pages and visit duration, the ad click identifier, approximate country and city, and clicks on contact buttons.
• Account owner data: name, email, website and business details.
• Google Ads data (with your OAuth consent): account ID, campaigns, click reports, search terms and conversion data.
• Mobile app (optional, explicit consent): call duration and WhatsApp conversation content related to leads. Calls are recorded only after the caller is notified, and audio is deleted after analysis.

3. How we use it

• Detect invalid clicks and prepare refund reports.
• Carry out actions you approve in your own account: IP exclusions, negative keywords, and paused campaigns for your review.
• Measure the outcome of each click and upload confirmed conversions to your Google Ads account.
• Keep the platform secure and improve service quality.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it for marketing purposes.

4. Google user data

Maestro LT's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use data received from the Google Ads API only to provide the user-facing features described above. We do not transfer or sell it to others except as necessary to provide the service or to comply with law. Our staff do not read your account data except with your consent, for security or support, or to comply with law. We do not use it to train general-purpose AI models.

5. Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, databases and AI analysis. They process data on our behalf and under our instructions. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Retention

We keep data for up to 12 months. Audio recordings are deleted after analysis and conversation text after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. You can revoke Maestro LT's access to your Google Ads account at any time in your Google Account permissions.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit and restricted access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we work continuously to reduce risk.

We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
