1. الخدمة
Maestro LT منصة من شركة اصول العليا التجارية (Osool Al-Olya Trading Company) تكشف النقرات الوهمية على إعلانات Google Ads وتقيس نتيجة الضغطات وترفع التحويلات المؤكدة إلى حساب المعلن. باستخدامك للمنصة أو بربط حسابك فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.
2. صلاحية الحساب والموافقة
تقر بأنك مالك حساب Google Ads والموقع أو مفوّض بذلك. لا نصل إلى حسابك إلا بموافقتك عبر OAuth، ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت.
3. مسؤوليتك تجاه الزوار والمتصلين
تلتزم بإخطار زوار موقعك وعملائك بجمع بياناتهم وتسجيل المكالمات، مثل عبارة «قد يتم تسجيل المكالمة بغرض التدريب والتحسين»، وبالامتثال للقوانين المنطبقة.
4. حدود الخدمة
الكشف عن النقرات الوهمية احتمالي ولا نضمن اكتشاف كل نقرة. الاستبعاد لا يلغي نقرة سبق احتسابها، وقرار استرداد أي مبلغ بيد جوجل وحدها. لا نضمن نتيجة تجارية محددة.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز استخدام المنصة لمخالفة القانون أو سياسات Google، أو لمحاولة اختراقها أو تعطيلها، أو لجمع بيانات بغير وجه حق.
6. الرسوم
تُحدد الباقات والرسوم في اتفاق أو عرض سعر منفصل بين الطرفين.
7. المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو أرباحاً فائتة، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا على الرسوم التي دفعتها خلال آخر 3 أشهر.
8. الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن الخدمة وسحب الإذن في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
9. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

1. The service
Maestro LT is a platform operated by Osool Al-Olya Trading Company (شركة اصول العليا التجارية) that detects invalid clicks on Google Ads, measures the outcome of clicks, and uploads confirmed conversions to the advertiser's account. By using the platform or connecting your account you agree to these terms.
2. Authority and consent
You confirm that you own, or are authorized to manage, the Google Ads account and website. We access your account only with your consent via OAuth, which you can revoke at any time.
3. Your responsibility to visitors and callers
You must inform your website visitors and customers about data collection and call recording, for example "This call may be recorded for training and improvement purposes", and comply with applicable laws.
4. Limits of the service
Invalid click detection is probabilistic and we do not guarantee that every invalid click will be detected. Exclusions do not cancel clicks already charged, and refund decisions rest solely with Google. We do not guarantee any specific business result.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to break the law or Google's policies, to attack or disrupt it, or to collect data without a legitimate basis.
6. Fees
Plans and fees are set in a separate agreement or quote between the parties.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend the service if these terms are breached.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
